Zusammenfassung: | Architecture is an important part of the product, although it is not the sole cause of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problems. It is necessary to have an appropriate architecture for the electromagnetic shielding, a good grounding system, and coupling prevention. Shielding isolates two spaces by a metallic shield to control the induction and radiation of the electric field, the magnetic field, and the electromagnetic wave from one space to the other space. The key to the shielding design is the electrical continuity. Grounding can be understood as an equipotential point or surface, which is the reference potential of the circuits and systems, and it does not always connect to the earth. The grounding design should be first considered in the circuit design. Grounding is an important way to minimize undesired noise and disturbance and to partition the circuit. Appropriately applying the printed circuit board grounding method and the cable shield can avoid many noise problems. |
