Zusammenfassung: | This chapter discusses the organizational learning assessment and the importance of having a strong learning culture and what that could look like in the organization. The organizational learning assessment is meant to give an opportunity to be honest about whether staffs have the freedom to admit they need support, whether teams learn and grow together in healthy ways, and whether leadership supports intentional learning. The six domains cover the range of cultural aspects the organization needs to have in place in order to implement a change strategy in the way the talent development platform presents. The domains include motivation for change, learning and development culture, resources for learning, staff and management values, organizational culture and staff and volunteer satisfaction. It is important for organizations to score high (4 or higher) on the spectrum of readiness for all six of these domains before implementing the talent development platform. |
