description | This chapter presents an initial contribution to the evaluation of software architecture (SA)‐based software process (SP) modeling approaches. It depicts the presentation of basic concepts from the field of SPs, and summarizes the characteristics of SA‐based modeling approaches studied. The chapter analyzes and evaluates SA‐based modeling approaches. From this perspective, it presents the comparison framework for the architecture, which offers support for the analysis and evaluation of SA‐based SP modeling. The chapter establishes a summary and an assessment of the state of the field of SA‐based SP reuse field. It finally summarizes the works presented, and states the prospects for research of the architecture. The author essentially takes from this assessment is that the exploitation of SA is considered a very promising solution for the quality modeling of SP. |
