Zusammenfassung: | The optical, electrical and magnetic properties of amorphous semiconductors have been a matter of considerable interest in recent years. However, some important parameters of these materials are not known. In order to clarify this problem for some of germanium chalcogenide glasses (GCG), the detailed analysis of the experimental data on superconductivity in these alloys is presented. In GCG the superconductivity transition temperature [Tc] increases quickly and the width of the superconducting transition decreases with pressure P increasing. The resistance of GCG in the normal state increases as does temperature T under the same P as those generating superconductivity. |
