Zusammenfassung: | Hexagonal close packed metals like alpha -Ti and its alloys are inherently anisotropic in physical and mechanical properties, which are induced by the crystallographic texture. Although several investigations have been made of the rolling and annealing textures in Ti sheets and a few on the texture transformation on the texture formation in Ti. Investigations showed that for commercially pure Ti, which was cold reduced 86%, and cold rolled texture component and the annealing texture component can be almost suppressed after the alpha - beta - alpha transformation, regardless of the heating and cooling rates employed. |
