Zusammenfassung: | The development of nuclear materials for the next generation of reactor technology, e.g. GenIV and fusion, is at a critical juncture, with an increasing body of research into the long-term effects of radiation damage on materials being examined. As it is hopefully evident from the papers in this journal issue, there are many pertinent and challenging topics for research in this exciting and challenging area of research, driving forward the development of new materials and the next generation of nuclear reactor technologies. |
