Prácticas de laboratorio y cuestionario sobre biotecnología ambiental

The chapter mentions several laboratory practices, such as: inoculation and isolation of microorganisms in different environmental samples, identification of microorganisms with the optical microscope using tintorial techniques, Trichoderma sp. as a promoter of plant growth of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis), isolation of microalgae and cyanobacteria in water and soil samples, fructification of the fungus Pleurotus ostreatus with potential in the biodegradation of pollutants. In addition, environmental biotechnology questionnaires with a total of 19 questions are presented. In conclusion, this chapter serves as a support for students, technicians and/or teachers who are interested in doing some laboratory practice or who are looking for typical answers on Environmental Biotechnology.
