Zusammenfassung: | ‘탱자’(Trifoliate orange, Poncirus trifoliata), ‘스윙글 시트루멜로’(Swingle citrumelo, Citrus paradisi × p. trifoliata), ‘시쿠와샤’(Shiikuwasha, C. depressa Hayata), ‘유자’(Yuzu, C. junos Sieb.) 및 ‘신감하’(新甘夏, Shin Amanatsu, C. natsudaidai) 등 5종의 대목에 접목한 ‘부지화’[不知火, Shiranuhi, (Citrus unshiu × C. sinensis) × C. reticulata]의 수체생장과 과실수량 및 품질을 평가하였다. ‘부지화’ 나무의 간경, 봄순 길이, 수고 및 수폭 등 수체생장은 ‘스윙글 시트루멜로’와 ‘시쿠와샤’ 대목에서 왕성하였다. 과실 횡경은 대목의 종류간에 큰 차이가 없었으나, 과실 종경은 ‘스윙글 시트루멜로’ 대목에서가 ‘탱자’ 대목을 접목한 것보다 유의하게 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 주당 착과수와 수량도 ‘스윙글 시트루멜로’에서 가장 많았다. 과즙의 가용성고형물과산 함량은 탱자 대목에서 높은 경향을 보였으며 ‘스윙글 시트루멜로’와 ‘시쿠와샤’ 대목에서는 산 함량이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 과즙의 포도당 함량은 ‘스윙글 시트루멜로’와 ‘시쿠와샤’에서가 ‘탱자’보다 낮은 경향을 보였으며, ‘스윙글시트루멜로’에서는 ‘탱자’ 대목에 비해 구연산 함량은 낮고 사과산 함량은 높았다. The tree growth and fruit quality of ‘Shiranuhi’ [(Citrus unshiu × C. sinensis) × C. reticulata] grafted on five rootstocks were measured in 2004 to 2006 namely, ‘Trifoliate orange’ (Poncirus trifoliata), ‘Swingle citrumelo’ (C. paradisi × P. trifoliata), ‘Shiikuwasha’ (C. depressa Hayata), ‘Yuzu’ (C. junos Sieb.), and ‘Shin Amanatsu’ (C. natsudaidai) in plastic film house. The trunk diameter, spring shoot length, and the height and width of the tree were significantly higher in ‘Swingle citrumelo’ and ‘Shiikuwasha’ than the other rootstocks in 2004 and 2006. The fruit widths were not significantly different in five rootstocks. The fruit height of ‘Swingle citrumelo’ was the highest compared with other rootstocks. The number of fruits and the yield per tree in ‘Swingle citrumelo’ were significantly the highest among the rootstocks studied in 2004 and 2006. Soluble solids content and acidity of ‘Swingle citrumelo’ and ‘Shiikuwasha’ were significantly lower than those of ‘Trifoliate orange’. The concentration of glucose in ‘Swingle citrumelo’ and ‘Shiikuwasha’ rootstock was lower than those of other rootstocks, but the concentration of sucrose in ‘Swingle citrumelo’ increased, which was higher than other rootstocks. In ‘Swingle citrumelo’, concentration of citric acid was lower and malic acid was higher than ‘Trifoliate orange’. KCI Citation Count: 4 |
