| Zusammenfassung: | Dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor(DNT) is described by Daumas-Duport in 1988 and it was interpreted as low grade astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma, and mixed oligoastrocytoma previously. In recently revised World Health Organization classification of brain tumors, DNT is classified under 'neuronal and mixed neuronalglial tumor'. DNT is clinicopathologically unique tumor and commonly located in the temporal lobe associated with intractable complex partial seizure in young patients. We report a rare case of DNT located in the cerebellum.
