Zusammenfassung: | This Study examined the structural relationship between the quality of educational services of, service valueof and level of satisfaction of students on university education for the purpose of making contribution inestablishment of strategy for educational management of universities for the purpose of cultivating andproducing outstanding competent graduates. Questionnaire survey was conducted on university students currentlyenrolled into national universities in Seoul and those around them as subjects, and the following results ofanalysis were obtained in this Study.
Firstly, although the reactivity and certainty among the 5 factors of the quality of educational quality thataffect the internal value were found to be statistically not significant, it was analyzed that these 2 factors impartaffirmative effect on the level of satisfaction of students by influencing the perceived values. Secondly,examination of the effect of the 5 factors of quality of educational service on the external values revealed thatonly 2 factors, namely, materiality and sympathy imparted positive effect on the external value. Thirdly, fromthe examination of the perceived value factors that impart influence on the level of satisfaction of students atschools, it was analyzed that the internal value imparts greater influence on the level of satisfaction of thestudents on schools than the external value.
