Zusammenfassung: | Multi-shell graphite coated Ag nano particles with core/shell structure were synthesized by pulsed wire evaporation (PWE) method. Ar and CH_4 (10 vol.%) gases were mixed in chamber, which played a role of carrier gas and reaction gas, respectively. Graphite layers on the surface of silver nano particles were indiscretely coated. However, the graphite layers are detached, when the particles is heated up to 250 ℃ in the air atmosphere. In contrast, the graphite coated layer intact under inert gas of Ar and N_2, though the core/shell structured particles were heated up to 800 ℃. The multi-shell graphite coated Ag nanoparticles well dispersed in LSCF cathode after sintering up to 850 ℃. The graphite shell layer prevent agglomeration between Ag nanoparticles in La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)O_(3−δ) (LSCF) layer. KCI Citation Count: 1 |
