Zusammenfassung: | This paper proposes a design and analysis method for automatic production lines. Through analyzing the manual assembly process of battery cells and reed pipes, an automatic assembly line is designed. Based on Visual Components, a virtual assembly system of the production line is established, which simulates the actual working process, solves the bottleneck problems, and obtains a set of optimal working parameters of the assembly line. Through the optimization analysis of production line efficiency, it is concluded that the working speed of the reed pipe robot is the critical factor affecting production efficiency. The modified D-H parameter method is used to establish the kinematic model of the reed pipe robot, and polynomial interpolation planning is carried out for the critical trajectory points, which optimizes the motion trajectory of the reed pipe robot and improves the service life. |
