Zusammenfassung:Aiming at the “networked” topological structure layout of equipment in a manufacturing system, and there are many factors in the process of production and operation, it is difficult to evaluate and identify key equipment. The topological structure of equipment in the manufacturing system is mapped into a networked model, and an importance measure analysis method based on improved LeaderRank algorithm is proposed. The topological structure between the equipment of the manufacturing system is mapped into a networked model, and the main characteristics of the system such as equipment hazard, reliability, centrality, and fault cascading risk coefficient are investigated to realize the importance measure evaluation of the manufacturing system. In order to further analyze the practicability of the proposed method, the evaluation method is applied to the lithium battery pole piece production line system. By comparing the structural importance and Birnbaum importance, the consistent results are obtained as a whole, which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
