Zusammenfassung: | In recent years, Japanese adults have been consciously changing their core health behaviors. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the practice of health behavior and lifestyle/health status. We conducted a questionnaire survey during August and September in 2002 in ‘A’ city, Chiba. There were 464 valid responses (62.0%: 203 males, 261 females). 71.4% of subjects had a willing to do health behavior. Elderly females had the highest motivation to engage in health behavior.
