The higher concentration of ABA and kinetin treatment induced the higher starch content, and while the lower concentration of two plant growth regulators induced the higher sugar content in all four rice cultivars. The free proline content of rice seedlings was highest in Ilpumbyeo among the tested cultivars under NaCl 1.3% treatment.
