건성안 환자에서 누도신티그라피 소견과 누점폐쇄 후 만족도와의 상관관계
목적 : 건성안 환자의 누점폐쇄효과와 누점폐쇄 전 누도신티그라피 소견과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 건성안으로 진단 받은 86안에서 전향적으로 누도신티그라피를 시행하여 눈물의 배출양상을 관찰하고 그 후 collagen plug를 하누점에 삽입하여 증상의 완화정도를 환자에게 판정하도록 하여 상관관계를 알아보았다. 결과 : 누도신티그라피상 동위원소가 정상배출을 보인 경우(Group I)가 36안, 20분이상 지연된 경우(Group II) Purpose: The purpose of this study was to as...
