목적: 공막봉합인공수정체삽입술 (공막봉합삽입술)시 공막고정의 위치를 상이측으로 이동시켜 고정시키는 방법이 봉합사의 노출을 감소시킬 수 있는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법:비측과 이측에서 나온 봉합사를 상이측으로 이동시켜 고정하는 방법으로 공막봉합삽입술을 시행 받은 15명 16안을 대상으로 후향적으로 검토하여 시력회복정도와 수술의 합병증에 대하여 조사하였다. 결과:초진시의 교정시력의 평균이 0.14±0.17에서 최종관찰시의 교정시력평균이 0.
