Antioxiactvity of hot water extract from sporophyll of U. pinnatifida was inhibited by EDTA but increased by adding $Cu^{2+}$, $Co^{2+}$ and $Mn^{2+}$, respectively. 미역포자엽으로부터 열수추출을 통해 항산화물질을 조제하고 항산화와 관련된 특성을 조사하였다. 미역포자엽으로부터 조제한 열수추출물은 시료 양에 따라 2차곡선의 항산화능을 보여주었으며 $IC_{50}$ 의 값은 1.54 mg을 나타내었다. 이는 ascorbic acid 0.005 mg과 BHT 0.05 mg 에 비해서는 높은 값을 나타내었다. 미역포자엽으로부터 조제한 열수추출물의 pH안정성은 산성과 중성에서는 안정하였으나 알카리영역에서는 급격히 감소하였다. 또한 열안정성은 0도에서 120도의 모든 범위에서 안정한 값을 유지하였다. 미역포자엽으로부터 조제한 열수추출물의 금속이온과 EDTA가 항산화능에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 $Cu^{2+}$, $Co^{2+}$, $Mn^{2+}$ 등의 금속이온이 활성이 증가하는 결과를 보여주었으며 EDTA는 저해하는 결과를 보여주었다. |
