The data for RT and characteristic mass ions were also compiled in a library. 생체시료 및 환경시료에서 법과학분야에서 많이 다루어지는 유해화학물질의 효과적인 동시 스크리닝을 위해 HPTLC 및 GC/MS를 이용하여 분석한 후 데이터베이스를 구축하여 검색자료로 활용하고자 하였다. HPTLC 시스템을 이용하여 농약류 160종, 화공약품류 34종, 폭약류 39종 총 233종의 표준품에 대해 $R_f$치 및 UV 스펙트럼을 측정, database화 하였으며 또한 GC/MS를 이용하여 농약류 112종, 화공약품류 31종, 폭약류 17종, 휘발성 유기화합물류(VOCs) 57종 총 217종의 표준품에 대해 RT 및 특성질량이온들을 측정, dataobase화 하여 library를 구축하였다. |
