외상성 (外傷性) 복부 (腹部) 손상에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰

J The causes of blunt trauma (34 cases, 64. 1% j ivere violence (35. 9% ', car accidents(lg, a!id falling (11. 3%!. The causes of penetrating trauma (35. 9Yo) ivere stab injuries (3g zg ) and missile (1. 9Po). Gj A most cases (77Zo) were operated within 8 hours after injury and the cases who were operated after 8 hours from injury were 11 cases (23Yo). 5. The clinica! Manifestations were abdominal pain (92. 5io), tenderness (88. 7Fo), rebound tenderness (73. 6Fo), rigidity (67. 9%) diminished peristalsis (64. 2Fo), and abdominal distention (47. 2Fo) in order of frequency 6 Preoperative leukocytosis were noticed in 80% of cases. Abdominal paracentesis was help- ful in diagnosis and 29 cases (B2. 7%) of 35 cases had a positive finding.
