Evidence of Underenumeration in 1991 Census: Population of Mumbai

There is evidence that the 1991 Census data for Greater Bombay (Brihanmumbai) may be an undercount. This article reviews recently released census data including migration tables, to attempt an estimate of the extent undercount.
