Zusammenfassung:In this article, our group has recovered aluminum oxide nanoparticles (Al2O3 NPs) from domestic aluminum wastes through a facile sonochemical methodology. The morphological features of Al2O3 NPs were explored by FE-SEM, TEM and finally, purity of the as-recovered Al2O3 NPs were confirmed by XPS and XRD. The as-recovered Al2O3 NPs were utilized for the specific and sensitive detection of omeprazole (OMZ), which comes under the class of proton-pump inhibitor. Under the well-optimized conditions, the calibration curve with good correlation coefficient was attained at Al2O3 NPs/GCE towards the detection of OMZ, which portrayed the wider linear range of 0.005-1247 M, with the lowest detection limit of 0.91 nM. These results suggested that the Al2O3 NPs/GCE, exhibited sensitive detection ability towards omeprazole.
