description In recent years, research and development of 3D food printers have been actively conducted. In the Food Layer Manufacturing (FLM) 3D food printer, the molding conditions must be set for physical properties of the each material. In the previous study, it is reported that the modeling accuracy improves as viscosity increases. However, since it is difficult to use a rheometer or a viscometer at each household, a simple physical property measuring device is necessary. Therefore, in this study, we will investigate whether the shaping conditions can be determined from the concentric circle spreading out of the container after vibrating the gel contained in the cylindrical container with the diaphragm.
