Potential of chemo-immunotherapy and radioimmunotherapy in relapsed primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma

Five patients with relapsed PCNSL were given chemo-immunotherapy (rituximab followed by carboplatin and methotrexate) with osmotic blood-brain barrier (BBB) opening.
