Zusammenfassung:We present experiments on studying the dependence of the signal of every photodiode at an angle of incidence of its receiving area. The stabilized He-Ne laser having radiation wavelength of 633 nm was used in all the experiments as the source of radiation. While conducting experiments the S1337 photodiode photocurrent change was registered for different angles of incidence (normal, +45 and -45) and states of polarization (s and p) of the registered radiation.
