Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents torque ripple analysis in discontinuous region which is caused by the minimum pulse width duty. Generally, IGBT gate voltage requires threshold voltage when the switches are turned on and off. However, gate driver has series connected resistor and parallel connected capacitor, these parasitic components generate time delay for reaching the threshold voltage. This time delay causes reducing the limitation of linear operation region in SVPWM. This paper presents the effect of this minimum pulse width duty by simulation results and mathematical analysis. With these results, This Paper demonstrates the SVPWM vector controlled PMSM torque ripple in discontinuous region. |
