Zusammenfassung: | Nowadays, the use of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) are spreading widely in organizations. Until now many of the key factors for successful implementation of ERP in an organization has been interest of researchers. Organizations are trying, to reduce costs, increase productivity and increase profits by using of integrated ERP systems. Furthermore, alignment between business and information technology cause to reduce costs, increase flexibility and responsiveness of the organization, creating added value, create competitive advantage and optimize resources investigation. Alignment between business and IT in the organization is one of the key success factors of ERP implementations in organizations, that in this paper we are intended to achieve this goal by using COBIT and ITIL frameworks. |
