Zusammenfassung: | In this work, the electrochemical sensor based on graphene/ copper phthalocyanine(CuPc)/ polyaniline(PANI) nanocomposite modified screen printed electrode(SPE) for detection of ascorbicacid (AA) was successfully fabricated. Copper phthalocyanine was immobilized on graphene by using PANI as a matrix. The nanocomposites were characterized by electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltametry. The sensor exhibited a linear range from 100 μM to 3.6 mM (a correlation coefficient of 0.9967). The sensitivity of the sensor was found to be 22.92 mA M -1 cm -2 and the limit of detection was 8.3 μM (S/N = 3). Moreover, this sensor exhibited good electrocatalytic properties and lower the potential for the oxidation of ascorbic acid which makes it a suitable sensor for detection of ascorbic acid. The performance of this sensor could provide a promising platform for the sensor or biosensor designs for AA detection. |
