Zusammenfassung: | In order to resolve the problems of environmental pollution, depleting natural oil, fossil fuel reserves and rising petrol costs, the plans to deploy electric vehicles (EVs) are growing all over the world, especially in the developed countries. In this paper, the statistic data in "The EV Project" is used to build the EVs charging model so as to account for the stochastic nature of the starting and ending times required to charge individual batteries and the power charged from the distribution system for each hour. With the additional demand each hour, the daily load profile of the distribution system thus changes and, as a result, the system loss will become bigger and several security violations could happen. Accordingly, the loss minimization procedure with network reconfiguration proposed in the paper is mainly aimed to minimize system loss each hour for the distribution network with rational EVs deployment as referred to "The EV Project". Test results for a three feeders' network with EVs deployment have validated the performance of the proposed method. |
