Enhancing C-Si base PV-cell absorption efficiency using micro-hole architecture

We propose an absorption geometry of the planar micro optic solar concentrator (PMOSC) solar cell using Micro-hole PV cell architecture that improves absorption efficiency over 71% and reduces the Fresnel reflection and propagation loss.
