description Based on the transformation optics and concept of complementary medium, a kind of transparent device is designed with the transformation method of stretching and folding. The permittivity and permeability tensors of the transparent device are derived. The performance of the transparent device is confirmed by the full wave simulation. The simulation results show that the device can physically protect electronic equipments inside without affecting their performance. This work will be useful in antenna protection and other electromagnetic field engineering.
