description | Emotional user experiences towards a design generally use single investigation method. Using more than one investigation method for gathering emotional user experiences helps in overcoming weakness and problems in single method. Thus triangulation method is proposed to increase the credibility and validity of the emotional user experience that related with the design of discussion board. Implementation of Kansei methodological triangulation approach are able to quantify and qualify the user's emotional responses in discussion board design and hence investigate the user responses gathered from self reported and eye movement method. This provides some fundamental finding on using the self reported and eye movement data for identifying emotional user experiences in discussion board design. |
