In this paper we describe how added APC controller to pneumatic system reduces pressure deviation and target pressure in compressed air system. System running costs were decreased by 15%. Pneumatic system energy efficiency increased by 7,4%, wear of various components decreased by 5-10%, also system maintenance cost decreased because upgraded system can by monitored and maintained remotely.
