Zusammenfassung:In this paper, the application of simultaneous multi-slice excitation and acquisition technique in T 1 -Weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at low field scanner was investigated. The solutions for simultaneous multi-slice excitation with different thickness, and reduction of long T 1 effects on the separation of overlapped slices were discussed. Computer simulations and experimental results show that these methods can effectively solve the limitation of slice number within a relatively short repetition time in low-field T 1 -weighted MRI.
