description Selection diversity combining employed in conjunction with partial relay selection is proposed to reduce the complexity at the destination installed multi-antennae. The performance measure of the system including outage probability, probability of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain, ergodic capacity, symbol error rate and bit error rate over Rayleigh fading channels are derived. Numerical results show that the diversity gain of the proposed protocol is comparable to that of the partial relay selection networks with maximal-ratio-combiner-equipped destination while offering lower implementation complexity.
