The 3D real-time human face imaging system based on CIS is able to obtain corresponding 2D gray data and 3D depth data from human face. Dimensionality reduction of high-dimensional observation data is the key problem of face recognition. This paper applies LOGMAP theory to dimensionality reduction of 2D facial gray data 3D depth data. Tests show that the recognition results based on dimensionality reduction with LOGMAP perform well.
