The conclusion of the optimization strategy of the coal mine crisis reduction capability based on the utility was obtained: first, strengthening the coal mine crisis study; second, promoting the competitiveness of the coal mine; third, concerning employees' enterprise and job satisfaction to influence the environment preparation element; forth, special concerning the coal mine employees' promotion satisfaction to prevent the negative influence. |
