Zusammenfassung: | The reason of traffic congestion is the increased number of vehicle, 3.76 times and length of road, 1.44 times in last decade. According to uncompleted research the drivers spend 1 to 1.5 hour to traffic congestion. To relief traffic congestion, may use some common methods such as adding the lane of road, building the not crossed intersection, determining of optimization of traffic light operating time, restricting the traffic and changing direction of road depending upon road intensiveness. In case of intersection "Zuun dorvon zam" has no space to change road construction but may change it with crossed intersection into not crossed interchange. In this intersection, best way to improve problem of congestion is optimizing of traffic light operating time. Traffic congestion of intersection is evaluated difference between amount of vehicles that come to and leaving intersection per unit time in one lane and totalizes amounts of vehicles of all lanes of each direction. Initially, the intensiveness of intersection "Zuun dorvon zam" is determined and then changing traffic light operation time step by step. Lastly, determining the value to congestion time is minimizing by method of digital estimating with computer. The best operation times of intersection "Zuun dorvon zam" are (36+6):20:38:20 for one cycle of traffic light. After determining the proper operation times the traffic congestion is decreased by 35%. |
