Research on the Mechanism of Knowledge Transfer Based on the Implicit Contractual Relationship

The performance of knowledge transfer in different enterprises is very different, this difference is caused by the coupling degree of knowledge transfer institutions and mechanisms. Based on the implicit contractual relationship the author point out that the knowledge transfer mechanism has the following characteristics: the trading of knowledge is a futures market not the spot market; the high transaction costs of knowledge trading only can be resolved through long-term contracts; reputation is a valuable payment; the third party payment is conducive to the implementation of the long-term contracts of knowledge transactions. According to this mechanism, the author established a game model of knowledge transfer based on the implicit contractual relationship, and makes the corresponding conclusions.
