In this paper, we proposed a new model using fuzzy logic in-order to estimate the most important factors of software effort estimation such as cost and time. We use MATLAB to determine the parameters of various cost estimation models. The performance of model is evaluated on published software projects data. Comparison of results from our model with existing ubiquitous models is shown.
