Zusammenfassung:Organizations invest abundant resources to deploy e-Computer Assisted Instruction systems. The performance of e-CAI is partly depending on employees' intention to adopt it. This study, based on the integrated framework of TAM and IDT, explored the role of organizational alienation. The analysis of 264 samples supports TAM. Alienation was found to negatively affect behavioral intention, though statistically insignificant. Perceived compatibility was accidently found to negatively influence intention.
