Zusammenfassung: | The proposed method for designing amplifiers whose performance matches the design criteria (as measured by SPICE simulation), uses a reduced version of the Gummel-Poon static model of the transistor in the forward active region to model the V/sub BE/ vs. I/sub C/ relation and the I/sub C/ vs. I/sub B/ relation. A reduced version of the Gummel-Poon small signal model is used to produce Av and Rin constraints. |
