Zusammenfassung: | The regulatory environment is becoming increasingly challenging, dynamic and complex. Modern ICT heavily impacts and shapes governance activities in order to provide policy-makers with precise, trustful and up-to-date information on the field of their interest in a more efficient and effective way. Internet evolution in the last few years has shown that the concept of interconnected data has expanded including content, people, services and things. To gather a comprehensive understanding of future Internet for collaborative governance, a profound analysis of the deficiencies of current research and practice in respect to future needs is required. Within the CROSSROAD project, such an analysis of gaps in current information and communication technology research and practice for governance and policy modelling was done. |
