Zusammenfassung:In this paper, we investigate the diversity-multiplexing tradeoff (DMT) of the delay-limited symmetric two-user fading interference channel (IFC) with full-duplex source cooperation. Upper and lower bounds on the channel DMT are derived and shown to be tight, i.e., the lower bound meets the upper bound. The DMT behavior of the channel is thus fully determined. The upper bound is derived based on a channel capacity upper bound. The lower bound is derived based on a proposed transmission scheme which requires only limited CSIT obtained from destination feedback. Specifically, the magnitude of each of the fading links is represented by the destinations using one bit of information and fed back to the sources. The DMT result shows that source cooperation can notably improve the system diversity performance over the whole multiplexing rate region.
