In order to provide 3D image in wireless access network, it's necessary to enhance the capacity of wireless access network approximately 2 times, also operators should maximize the efficiency of radio resources usage ensuring QoS/QoE to users. But it's difficulty to enhance the radio capacity of wireless access network. Therefore it's necessary to use limited radio resource efficiently. In this paper 3D image transmission technology in mobile IPTV network is suggested to increase an ARPU in communication industry.
