ATDI's ICS Telecom was employed for simulation purposes using REC. ITU-R P.525 and Okumura-Hata propagation models. Furthermore, confirmation measurements were made using the DTTV monitoring equipment GOLDENEAGLE and TESMonitor SEVIT (Sistema Integrado de Monitoreo Transportable).
