Zusammenfassung:The magnetron with side auxiliary thermionic cathode and basic cold second-emission cathode having thin circular ribs on the surface is experimentally investigated. It is shown that such device after activation might operate for a long period of time at the out-of-work heating. Stability of functioning degrades at the increase of pulsewidth and duty ratio.
