Synthesis of nanocomposite CNT/SnOx for Gas microsensors
Nanocomposites on the basis of CNT layers and nonstoichiometric tin dioxide (CNT/SnO x ) have been obtained. Gas sensitivity to ethanol (C 2 H 5 OH) and nitrogen dioxide (NO 2 ) vapor at the room temperature has been established.
