Zusammenfassung: | In this paper, we discuss the problem of active vibration control of multi-degree-of-freedom structures such as high-rise buildings by using the decentralized simple adaptive control (DSAC). Such multi-degree-of-freedom structures have special dynamics that can be adequately described by mass-spring-damper subsystems. Using such characteristics, it is shown that we can obtain good vibration suppressing performance by applying DSAC to only a few "target" subsystems of the plant. Stability of the obtained control system is examined and the effectiveness of the proposed methods is evaluated by experiments. |
