This paper takes for instance a CDIO-based computer science and technology specialty education reform, on top of the already built ABET-based teaching quality monitoring system, combining the education practice at the Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information, discusses methods for continuously improving the teaching quality and transforming daily education activities with the help of CDIO philosophy.
